You now have more control over how long Web3Forms keeps your submissions and uploaded files.
These controls make it easier to follow your organisation’s privacy and data-minimisation requirements.
Per-form data retention
Choose how long submissions should be retained for each form:

7 days

30 days
-
3 months
-
1 year
-
3 years
-
Keep forever on Pro and Agency plans
When a retention period is selected, submissions older than that period will be permanently removed according to the retention policy.
Improved file-storage management
The File Manager now provides:

A clear view of used and available storage

Storage limits based on your subscription

Direct access to purchase additional storage
You can configure submission retention under Form Settings → Advanced Options and review storage from the File Manager.
